Helpful Community Learning Center was established in 2011 (2068 B.S) and registered as a nonprofit and non-government organization. Clc is a local level educational institute set up, managed and operated by the community people for the community people. It is a multipurpose organization looking after the educational need of children, youth and adult combined with income generating programs, health program, library/information and resource center, awareness raising program, women empowerment activities. It will prepare plan/program based on local needs and implement them mobilizing local resources.
